- BLBaycrest LodgeDec 23, 20251.0Went there for lunch on Sunday (Dec. 21st) at about 3pm. I ordered an Original Burger to go, that's all. By the time I realized what they had given me I was already on my way home and was running late or I would have returned it. The beef patty in this thing was so dried up from being heated and re-heated and kept heated for God knows how long it was like eating a piece of paper thin shoe leather. I have never been given anything but fresh, delicious burgers at Harveys all over Ontario until now. Do NOT go to this Harvey's! Better to go hungry or go to Subway's next door. Failing that, there is a Global Pet Food store across the road. Try something there. Has to be better than this Harvey's location.

She also wasn’t wearing a hair net, which is basic hygiene for handling food. What made it worse was watching a customer beside me order fries, and the owner scratched her head and then touched the fries right after with her bare hands. He noticed it too. It was honestly so nasty and unacceptable. All of them have nasty attitudes too. Honestly, don’t work in fast food if you can’t handle the absolute basics. It’s not that complicated. This experience showed a serious lack of cleanliness, respect and food safety. I won’t be returning to this location unless their hygiene standards improve.
