When I went inside Worker told me a part of my order needs to be finished and I came in at perfect time as if I didn’t go through the drive thru and my meal was supposed to come to me. On top of that my burger was completely wrong. 🤦♀️

They're times I come to this location for a quick pick order and it's taking 20 - 30 mins with three cars in line. Absolutely ridiculous. Either have certain drive through meal options or add more staff to your kitchen. Drive thru is supposed to be quick not slow as if I'm sitting down at a restaurant. And no I will not be filling out a harvest survey on the website or whatever generated reply I'm seeing on other pols reviews, just improve the service please. Thx

I order from this branch at least three to four times a week for my son because it is the closest location to my home. Otherwise, I would choose a different branch. Unfortunately, even when I place my order ahead of time through the mobile app and give sufficient preparation time, I still end up waiting 10 minutes or more before my food is ready. I have also reported this issue before, but no one has followed up with me. This lack of response is disappointing. The purpose of mobile ordering is convenience, yet it feels useless when the order is not ready upon arrival.
