I had been asked 3 times my toppings when I had originally asked for everything except yhr following items no hot peppers no mayo no relish and no tomato..it is not rocket science. As you can see the Pic below was how sloppy my burger was made which unacceptable. The girl taking and making the orders needs to be retrained as she was giving attitude as well and when asked a question she brushed it off and answered something random and closed the window on me. Stop hiring ppl that cannot handle thier jobs and the priority it comes with....disgusting with the service and food recieved.

When I got there, I noticed two customers who ordered in-store after me receiving their Angus burgers before my online order was even started. My receipt was sitting on the counter, waiting to be made. I ended up waiting until about 4:10 PM before an employee asked if I had ordered yet. I also overheard staff asking each other if the onion rings for my order had been made, which showed there was some confusion in the kitchen. To top it off, I had ordered a 7UP through the app, but only after everything was ready did they tell me it wasn’t available and asked if I wanted to switch to another drink. Overall, this was a disappointing experience—especially for my first visit to this location. I hope the team improves how they handle mobile orders and communication between staff.
