Hopped in the car and headed over to the restaurant. When a couple of mins away I pressed the button to complete the order. When I got to the drive thru window she said I had to leave and come back at the pickup time which was 7 mins away. When I came back to the window a second time I asked of I would have had to wait for my hamburger if I ordered it at the speaker. She said that I would have got it right away but "the pickup time is the pickup time". She offered no explanation as to why they couldn't just prepare my order as though I had ordered it at the speaker. She just wanted me to wait because she held the power to do so.

I called ahead and asked if it’s okay to come even though they are closing soon and he said it was fine, then when I got there well before closing the guy just had a whiny attitude and got both my burgers wrong. I paid extra for Swiss cheese which they didn’t even put and the patty was burnt to a crisp. Stop hiring miserable people!

Order: Buffalo Chicken Poutine, layered with double cheese (fries/cheese/fries/cheese/gravy) topped with buffalo chicken , chopped up Angus patty, jalapeños and onions. Looking forward to eating here again when back in the area.
