The person at the counter first tried to bribe us, saying that if we left a review and showed it to her, she would give us a free apple pie. We politely refused because we don’t review a place before actually eating and experiencing it. She then offered large fries instead. We again declined. Then came the person making the sandwiches. She looked completely uninterested in being there and clearly had no training in basic food preparation. Orders were being mixed up, and she was making a mess everywhere. While assembling sandwiches, vegetables were falling all over the counter, and she was wrapping burgers even when the fillings weren’t inside the sandwich but scattered on the paper. Tomatoes were literally outside the bun, and she still wrapped and served it. The worst part: both we and the couple next to us saw her pick up jalapeños from the dirty counter—where there was spilled sauce—and put them back into the salad tray. Completely unacceptable, unhygienic, and unprofessional. Pathetic service, zero standards, and no accountability. Never going back.

The person who took my order had a sunny disposition - always smiling. Granted that my poutine cooled a bit because I drove home, the cheese was very cheesy and the poutine was overall good. To note, even in the past when I ordered poutine, it was still good when cold.
