  Today I was blessed with the chance to meet Brenda! I can say with confidence that she is the most wonderful, kind, and hard working server I have ever met!! I have ate at this location before and it’s been okay but this is the most outstanding service I have ever had at this restaurant and EVER!! She has restored my faith! Brenda makes you feel like family!!! Exactly what you want when you go to enjoy a warm meal!! When I first sat down I seen Brenda speaking to other tables, and I could see their faces lighting up as she spoke to them!! When I was there the table across from me asked to speak to her boss and I could over hear them saying how incredible Brenda was!! She deserves the best. I will be back and specifically on a day she is working, that’s how wonderful she is! Head office if you read this, this woman deserves a promotion a raise!! She is beaming with potential and greatness!! Don’t let her go unnoticed!!! To Brenda, thank you for being so friendly, and as if I was dining with family today. Are are FANTASTIC!!!! A ray of sunshine!!! See you again I hope!

  Such a fantastic experience thanks to Brenda! The location near my house closed and so this is the next closest which is about a 30 minute drive but it was all worth it! Food was great service was spectacular such a positive and friendly environment! Definitely coming back again!

  After I mixed up an event i had planned and reserved at the Oakville location. I had sent the wrong address out to all 26 of my guests including myself and we all showed up at the Rodeo Dr location, where Chris stepped up an catered my event without hesitation. I'm am completely greatful to Chris for accommodating my event last minute. If it wasn't for him the baby shower i planned, would have been ruined. Many thanks to all who helped out that day.

  Chris is the worst server I've ever had the displeasure of meeting. I don't usually care about service because I get it, sometimes you just want to do the job and call it a day. Not Chris though. Chris was very concerned about the amount of food we ate and what was left on our plates, concerned enough he felt the need to pick through our TRASH and question it. And then I didn't want this food (which was not even that good) to go and apparently Chris thought of this as a grave sin, loudly questioning it, trying to convince us and repeatedly asking "really? Really?" And when he finally relented; "well that sucks.." um okay? Sorry did you make the food yourself? Is your mom back there slaving away? No? Then why are you so pressed? If you can't handle that other people make choices, maybe don't work in the service industry, especially if you feel the need to loudly shame people eating at the restaurant you're working in.

  It has been years since I was last at an Eastside Mario’s. AND I WISH I HAD OF LEFT IT THAT WAY!!! Right from the start, service issues were obvious. Our group was not brought enough cutlery, and while the starters were delivered to everyone else at the table, I was left sitting without cutlery and unable to eat. As someone with celiac disease, I was also excluded from the bread service. When a friend politely asked if there was any alternative that could be brought out for me, we were told that this is simply not something they do. This feels like a poor policy that does nothing to promote inclusiveness for guests with dietary restrictions. Our drink order — which consisted mainly of soft drinks and water (1 Cesar) — didn’t arrive until our main courses were served, which is unacceptable. The food itself was subpar and lacked flavour. I paid an additional $4 for a cauliflower crust that was dry and nearly inedible. A server asked if I wanted Parmesan on my pizza; I said yes, and they never returned. I ended up eating a plain garden salad with no dressing, despite asking what dressing options were available. Overall, the combination of inattentive service, lack of accommodation, and poor food quality made this an experience I would not recommend. I strongly suggest avoiding this location unless absolutely necessary.
