  We went to East side Mario's Mississauga location. The restaurant was busy which is good, but the service was extremely slow. We had a lady serving us and she was just too busy to attend our table. We had to collect the dirty plates to make space for the food. Those dishes did not get picked up until the very end. Our mains came , even though we had requested to hold on to the mains until we were done with soup) salad.We had to request multiple times for bread, we were served 1 bread with 1 scoop of butter for a party of 4 ordered mains.Our refill for the drinks arrived at the very end when mains were finished upon multiple reminders.We had to send back the pasta as it not warm enough and was super dry. I did not like the service at all. The food was good but the poor service made the entire experience with kids and extended family very disappointing.

  Although my server did a below-average job, Stella more than made up for it with her warmth, professionalism, and radiant personality. Her beauty is matched only by her genuine kindness and exceptional customer service skills—she went above and beyond to ensure my experience was enjoyable from start to finish. Stella embodies what true hospitality should be, turning an otherwise disappointing meal into a wonderful evening. I will absolutely continue to dine at East Side Mario’s, Rodeo Drive location, thanks to the lovely Stella!

  First time coming to an East Side Mario's, food is middle of the road, not bad, but nothing im going to be craving for. Service was honestly very attentive and pleasant, usually have to go to higher end restaurants for this kind of attention. Kelsey was our server, we ordered the all you can eat pasta, which included all you can eat soup and salad, as well as all you can drink, and Kelsey was on top of seeing when we might need more. For all the back and forth she did, tip was definitely deserved.

  My family and I have been coming to this ESM location for over 3 years, every Sunday. The servers, specifically Renee, Isaiah, and Lorraine have always been great. Since the new owners took over, we’ve noticed a decline. Our first Sunday with the new management, we noticed they reduced the staff which made wait times very long. We waited 10 mins to be seated. Once seated, the service was slow. The restaurant wasn’t full, about 5 tables, so the extra wait time did not make sense. Our plates were not taken back, the same with the tables near us (plates were stacked). On one of the days we were in, we were seated in a booth by the window. There were many spider webs on the window ledge - by shortening the staff, it impacted the cleanliness of the restaurant. Highly recommend the corporate head office to step in as it seems the new owners don’t know how to run food facilities.

  Went with a view to have a nice family dinner and ended up with poor taste. Atmosphere was depressing to begin with. We had to wait longer than 15 minutes after they seated us before anyone came to ask for drinks. Order took even longer and food was bland. Hawaiian Pizza had barely any pizza sauce and cheese …. One would wonder how come an Italian place get Pizza so wrong? Chicken Parmesan was dry and chewy felt like rubber. We barely could eat half of the food and left hungry. The only sliver lining was that the server was very polite and apologetic, therefore we still left a hefty tip to appreciate their hard work. Overall not a good experience and wouldn’t go back again.
