    This was one of my worst experiences at Dairy Queen. I am writing this review a bit late because I was busy at the time, but I still feel it’s important to share my experience. The ice cream quality was very poor, and the staff attitude made it worse. The employees working at the time were careless, rude, and showed no interest in helping customers. One of the staff members (the shorter girl) seemed completely uninterested in her work and did not pay attention.

    Open until 3am? But they only work until 2am? Placed an order on Uber at 1:00am and after waiting for about an hour got a message saying the order was canceled with no explanation. Called the store and a guy answered and said they were open and he wasn't sure what happened. Placed the order again around 2:18am and this time it took a long time for the order to be complete and then took the uber driver a long time to reach. I received the order at 3:30am! At this point not only were the blizzards melted but I no longer trusted to eat the ice cream because why did it take this long when the store is 14 minutes away from the house? The bag wasn't sealed and the ice cream could have been tampered with. The driver had no explanation or apology for arriving so late. And the store clearly didn't want to complete the order. Won't order from this store again. Highly disappointed and upset.
