  I've been to this location in the past and decided to swing by and order dinner. I should have read the reviews....Same complaint many have. The portions have substantially decreased with the server scooping and literally shaking some of the meat off the spoon before placing it in the bowl. I work too hard to leave a restaurant that I used to enjoy, unsatisfied. To top it all off, the rush is insane and no one was behind me!! Not worth my time and definitely not my money...

  I’m not sure what’s going on at this specific location but the protein portion was ridiculous. Please train your staff better Myself and my husband ordered 2 burritos w a bowl the amount of meat we received was a joke. No more than two bites in the protein was finished all was left was the rice and beans This was consistent through out or items. I will not be returning back here. I would recommend customers go to other locations.

  I’ve been a regular customer at this Chipotle location for a long time, and it used to be one of my favorite spots. However, over the past few months, the overall quality and service have gone downhill. The food portions have become inconsistent, ingredients don’t taste as fresh as before, and the customer service has noticeably declined. Staff often seem inattentive and rushed, and the care that used to go into preparing meals and interacting with customers isn’t there anymore. It’s disappointing, because this location used to stand out for its friendly service and reliable quality. I hope management can look into retraining staff and restoring the high standards this restaurant once had. I’d love to see it return to the great experience it used to offer.

  Rude service, soggy and sloppy food like a school cafe. They missed my salsa, put only a few leaves of lettuce in my salad and looked at me like I had 3 heads when I was charged for a drink but never asked for a drink. No apology, no thank you. This refers to the ladies working saturday night. Never coming here again. Not to mention the $25 salad charge.

  Went at 3pm during the Blue Jays BOGO in celebration for the Game 3 in the world series. Employees tried to enforce their own rules "only jerseys, baseball caps don't apply" despite the terms & conditions indicate any Jays Apparel applies, many people in line were upset about this. When that did not work, they purposely served smaller portions to cut cost. Message to management: Jays fans are not clueless, please follow your directive from Chipotle. Just support the fans, we have not made it in since '93, it's a time for celebration not pissing off Jays fans Posted video of the employees working that day & terms and conditions of the Jays BOGO promo.
