The manager on site on 20 feb 2026, @5:30 PM, lacks common sense i guess. If you make wrong order, and theres someone hungry, rather than throwing fresh food in garbage, give to someone hungry. Can’t believe chipotle hires such inhumane, wheres your community well-being and environment sustainability policies.

I have been going to Chipotle for lunch or dinner regularly, but this was my first time visiting the Erin Mills Parkway location in Mississauga. Unfortunately, the portion size of the food was surprisingly small, which I had never experienced at Chipotle before. The serving was so tiny that it resembled a kids' meal, and I could count the number of spoonfuls I ate, which was quite amusing.

This location is the absolute worst. The employees literally throw the food together and rush even when it’s not busy. My tacos were thrown together and the toppings were not even placed in the shell. Just thrown on top with very skimpy, small portions of protein. Cleanliness is also a huge problem and just gross. The employees look miserable and act inconvenienced. I love Chipotle but avoiding this location!!

I've been eating chipotle for years and recently (with the big demographic of hires) I've noticed the portion size is so small, and the food is so freaking spicy even when ordering non spicy items. Really upset and such a waste of money .
