  Visited this Chipotle location and had a terrible experience. We ordered a chicken Chipotle bowl, but the quality and food handling were extremely poor. The vegetables were undercooked and very poorly prepared, with pieces chopped so large that it felt careless and rushed. To make matters worse, we found a piece of beef in our bowl, which is completely unacceptable. We do not eat beef, and cross-contamination like this is a serious issue, not a small mistake. Chipotle is expected to follow basic food safety and ingredient separation standards. Mixing meats in this way shows a lack of attention, hygiene, and respect for customers’ dietary restrictions. This was a very bad experience, and it has completely put us off from returning to this location. Management seriously needs to look into staff training and food handling practices.

  Guys, why do you fill the plates so small? You don't put enough portions in, and you do this constantly. I really don't like it. By the way, just so you know, tell the company to increase the portion sizes. You're always giving out too little.

  I love Chipotle Mexican Grill, I first discovered them in Texas back late 2000’s and I’ve been a fan ever since. Needless to say that when it opened in Toronto I was very happy. Chipotle portions was very generous and satisfying and I’m happy to say until today, the majority are still generous. However, this restaurant is NOT generous I had to complain. The rice, chicken in the chicken bowl was scarce, there was no veggies and when I I asked for guacamole another employee told my attendant to remove some of the spoon full. At that point I lost it and told them if you’re going to be stingy about other ingredients and I’m PAYING EXTRA for guacamole they better be giving me what I pay for. A bit of back and forward after I got what I asked but a customer doesn’t need to go through that.

  Not sure why the reviews for this location are so low, but not only was the customer service great, my bowl was absolutely delicious. Totally forgot to get the names of the staff who were working last night, but thank you for the holiday cheer and the chimichurri sauce ! I was so hungry, I didn’t even take a photo of my bowl lol
