The lady crew did not know what to do to open the locked ladies’ washroom (both), & even men’s washroom (both), an old guy waiting too, when nobody was there. I waited for about 30 minutes, she did not know what to do. She even didn’t call the supervisor or whoever knows about it. This sunday, nov. 23, 2025, at about 5:50pm.

- MWMatthew WillisOct 11, 20251.0they are very slow at this location, and ignore you half the time, i was there ordered my food and sat there patiently waiting for it. meanwhile other people are coming in ordering and getting there food before me. i go up and ask, are those 2 whoppers mine they been sitting there for over 10 mins now, the girl behind the counter brushed me off and said i will server you when i can and continues to server others who came in after me. by the time i finally got my food it was cold. one of the worst service i have ever gotten.

Waited 25 mins for a whopper Jr and 4 mozzarella sticks, not during rush hour, Not busy, just the ladies chit chatting in a foreign language backs facing the customers and completely ignoring them. This needs to be addressed asap @burgerking
