We gave the feedback to the team but instead for offering new fries or at-least apologising they just started tasting and said o they are fine. No concern shown to customer for feedback at all which was very rude.

If I didn't have multiple kids with me. I'd have left. 2 people in line with me did leave. One person waiting to get their order started yelling at the counter to hurry up.... although I don't condone yelling, it did match the atmosphere of frustration in the restaurant... it's supposed to be FAST food. After the angry customer got his food and left, he returned so he could yell at the counter again... no napkins, no ketchup.... he left saying he couldn't wait any longer. Eventually, 3 other staff members showed up... but surprisingly, only 1 helped out despite our 6 person line up. The manager started directing the one drive thru attendant to move faster....(honestly, I felt sorry for her... she was nice, and took everyone's anger, when really the problem was not enough staff) I did eventually get my order... 45 min wait. It was cold and very soggy likely due to all the lettuce and tomatoes in the burger. Normally, I'd be happy with all the veggies but i think they were wet which left my burger dripping down my hands, soaking 3 napkins. Overall, the worse experience ive ever had at a BK.
