I didn't know i had to scan my rewards redemption before ordering so I placed my order and then scanned (like I do at most other place). They couldn't delete or void the original order from the system before finalizing, said they're system doesn't do that. They wanted me to pay and would write my name and number in a book so I could come back whenever and get a free meal, even if it was a year of 2 from now. There is no signage saying to scan redemption before, I was told they didn't have to post signage, which is understandable but then they should have a way to void items or orders, people make mistakes. What happens if another customer changes their mind on an item and wants to switch something or the associate inputs the wrong order then what.
