When I finally pulled up to the window, the staff member told me the speaker was working and asked for my order there. By that point I was already running late because of their delay. This isn’t the first time this has happened at this location, and it seems like they never fix the issue. I ended up leaving without ordering because the service was just too slow and unorganized. Very disappointing. This place seriously needs better management and customer service training.
