I waited at the speaker for several minutes even though it was clearly working. No greeting, no acknowledgment, nothing. When I finally pulled up to the window, the staff member told me the speaker was working and asked for my order there. By that point I was already running late because of their delay. This isn’t the first time this has happened at this location, and it seems like they never fix the issue. I ended up leaving without ordering because the service was just too slow and unorganized. Very disappointing. This place seriously needs better management and customer service training.

The order speaker was working, but the staff member didn’t take my order for a long time. I kept waiting, thinking someone would respond, but no one did. When I drove up to the window, she casually said, “Yes, the ordering speaker is working. Can I take your order now?” By that time, I was already running late. This isn’t the first time something like this has happened at this location. The service is always slow and unprofessional. Because of the delay, I had to leave without getting any food. Extremely disappointing and frustrating. Burger King really needs to improve their drive-thru service.
- JAJulien ANov 15, 20251.0This is actually the worst bk I've ever been to i went at night last night and asked for fresh and well done i waited for 10 plus minutes and came and got the food and the nuggets were warm at best..fresh means they're broiling hot and off the fryer and the chicken sandwiches were supposed to be fresh too since I asked them to be but they were so bland not fresh I wanted my money back so badly but I felt weird asking for a refund but I told the worker the nuggets did not taste fresh and he didn't care at all and said we just cooked them for you fresh...what a joke this was at 4 am so what else should I expect low standards low quality high prices they got rid of the 2 whoppers for 10 11 dollars too so I had to go with the original chickens 🐔 and couldn't even finish them they were not good at all mayo was hot and patties were soggy and the vegetables were soggy too what a joke burger king...more like burger stinks...terrible location never again...cheap labour and low standards is destroying Canada! I want my money back not to mention my stomach was hurting all night!
