  Sophia was incredible. Came late with my friend. Sophia was practically running around and serving the whole restaraunt alone. Felt bad for her. Amongst all of that. She tried her best and did a great job at giving my friend and I amazing service. Restaurant closed at 11. She must have stayed an hour or more after close because after my friend and I left there was still 3 more tables. Thank you Sophia for the excellent experience.

  The food was okay it could’ve been hotter and had a bit more flavour. The atmosphere was nice and lively, though it was pretty busy. The bathrooms weren’t the best, which was a bit disappointing. That being said, our server Sidonie was amazing. Even though she was clearly busy, she still made the effort to check on us and make sure everything was good. She did a great job and really made the experience better.

  Got there at 1130 today. Waited 25 minutes after being seated for a drink order. Another 15 minutes after that for the drinks to come. The waiter had explained that he had 3 big take out orders to complete. I saw another waitress walking around and a manager as well. Not sure why they wouldn't help with the order. Strange as they're was only a older couple at the bar. After the drinks came service really improved and was prompt. Soups, salads and bread was excellent . The chicken parm and double bacon carbonera was not too good. Chicken dry and carbonera lacking flavor. Would ve rated higher if we were not ignored at the beginning. Manager and waitress should've helped out with the big order when we arrived.

  ​I recently visited the East Side Mario’s in Mississauga to celebrate my Birthday with family, and it was an all-around 5-star experience. From the moment we sat down, the atmosphere was lively and welcoming—the hanging Vespa decor adds such a fun, authentic touch to the Italian-American vibe. ​The Food ​The meal was delicious and exactly what you want from East Side’s. We started with a flatbread that was perfectly crisp and loaded with fresh toppings. For the main course, the Chicken Parmigiana was a standout—perfectly breaded with a rich tomato sauce and a generous side of pasta. We also tried a creamy mushroom linguine that was packed with flavor. ​We couldn't leave without dessert, and the Oreo cheesecake was the perfect finishing touch—rich, creamy, and indulgent. ​The Service ​What really made the lunch special was our server, Xavier. He was attentive, friendly, and moved with a sense of urgency without making us feel rushed. He made sure everything came out hot and fresh. It’s rare to find such high-quality service, and he truly went above and beyond. ​Bottom Line: Great food, a cool ambiance, and top-tier service. If you’re in Mississauga and looking for a solid meal, ask for Xavier! I’ll definitely be back soon.

  Awful. We are bigger people, they tried to fit us, I swear , in the tiniest booth they have. They then moved us. We were not upset about that. This is when we got upset because we were totally ignored. I mean totally, no drinks ordered or nothing. Everyone else around us were being served or finished. We waited at least 15 minutes, nothing. The waitresses did not seemed rushed. How do I know this? I watched every one of them walk by us. I used to waitress and never ever did I ignore people. Stay away!!! My advice to anyone reading this. If I could give them a zero ,I would!!
