  Asked for a slushie, got a ton of syrup with some ice with the worker running to the back before she could check or ask if it was more like what we wanted. Other options looked good at least?

  I was greeted by the lovely trainee Andrew. What a nice guy. Customer service really makes the experience.

  Worst experience ever at a DQ restaurant We ordered two banana splits One of the bananas was cut with a dirty knife or was cut open from the side a while ago and it turned black We told them and they said it is OK there is nothing wrong but they will fix it and they cut it off We said its ok at least they tried and listened to us We Started to eat and the pineapple in both was spoiled and farmented The taste of the pineapple was disgusting and the color of it was starting to turn brown Last but not least the table when we came in was dirty and disgusting Lastly the cashier was on the chair sitting on his phone while a man came in and stood there for a couple of minutes and then left without ordering a thing because there was no one to take the order It will be the last time we visit this branch

  My family visited for the free ice cream day. It was packed with people, but it was easy and smooth to order and the cashier was very kind, friendly and patient. We got one small cone for free, and another kids cone for my toddler and a box of dilly bars. Thank you for accommodating us and treating is like family. I highly recommend and will be back in the summer!
