  I ordered 3 blizzards from this dq location via Uber. I had 2 small brownie blizzards, and one medium strawberry cheesecake blizzard. Upon arrival, we opened one of the blizzards and found hair inside the cap. We also found that we got a small strawberry cheesecake instead of a medium. I called this place requesting compensation, however the man on the phone was extremely rude and dismissive suggesting that the hair in the icecream came from us, and insisting on it after saying we were all hijabis and there is no way the hair could’ve gotten in the cap immediately after opening. He kept being rude and insisting that I call uber, after asking him for clarification he would not clarify. At this point I was very frustrated and he just ended the call saying “thank you for understanding” with no attempt to admit his mistake. Very rude customer service do not recommend.

  Here is a list of the issues I had with this DQ: A)I ordered a bday cake for my husband and I asked them to draw a slice of pizza and dumbbells on the cake, and they refused saying that they don't have a decorator on staff. Whereas other DQs have always been willing to do this for me. B)When I arrived to pick up the cake they were extremely slow. With only 2 staff on cash and only 2 people in front of me I ended up waiting a good 20 min to pick up the cake. NOT COOL! C)When we got home (a 10 min drive from the DQ) and sliced up the cake right away we noticed that the cake had been frozen, thawed and then re-frozen. We noticed this because the chocolate ice cream layer on the bottom of the cake had ice chunks/flakes in it and tasted more like chocolate ice than ice cream. NOT IMPRESSED! At the end of the day - I would say what a horrible way to spend $25.
