Staff rushed us through the order to get ahead of the line and did not add sufficient portions of beans to the burrito bowl. This seems to be a recurring issue because it’s happened for the second time at a different branch. Will not choose to eat at chipotle in a hurry next time!

I’ve been coming here on and off for years, and overall it’s been a consistent spot. They keep refreshing the menu, which helps keep things interesting.
On this visit, I tried the Al Pastor — the flavor was solid, well-seasoned, and definitely one of the better protein options.
The bowl, however, looked a bit light compared to what you might expect, especially on the protein side. Rice portions can be adjusted if you ask, but protein tends to feel limited unless you specifically request extra. That’s something to keep in mind when ordering.
That said, recent visits have been smooth — staff are accommodating, and if you communicate what you want, they’ll usually adjust portions without an issue.
Best for: customizable bowls with good flavor if you’re clear on your portions.
Keep in mind: ask for extra protein or rice if you want a more filling bowl.
Overall, a reliable option, with consistency improving in recent visits.

Really good food and the staff were super nice. Service was quick, everything tasted fresh, and the place was clean. Definitely one of the best spots to grab food at Square One.

Went to this location and the portion size of protein I got after paying $16 for the Al pastor chicken bowl was unbelievable. The lady with the glasses making my bowl put half a scoop of the chicken and when I asked kindly if she could put more as that wasn’t even a full scoop, she tricked me by saying, “you want extra” I told her that I don’t want extra but rather atleast give a full scoop of protein and she rolled her eyes and responded to me by saying “that’s all we give” Are you serious?? When I saw her making the bowl for the people in front of me, she gave them a full scoop of protein. I am paying $16 for a bowl just to get a few pieces of chicken. Moreover they rush so much while making the order and the lady making my bowl did not even put all the toppings I asked for. I am very displeased. Please train your employees better.

This was the most unacceptable and disrespectful experience I’ve ever had at a Chipotle. During a BOGO promotion, I visited this location with my sisters, and from the moment we stepped up, the manager was rude, impatient, and clearly more focused on rushing us than providing basic customer service, despite there being only a few people behind us.
I clearly stated we needed two meals, yet he began making three anyway. When I corrected him, he became visibly irritated and continued preparing food incorrectly. During this interaction, he used a slur in his own language which I understood directed at us for absolutely no reason. That behavior is completely unacceptable and should never be tolerated in any workplace, let alone from a manager.
It only got worse at the counter. One employee was kind, but another staff member was aggressively shaking food in front of my 13-year-old sister, who was simply trying to decide what she wanted. This was intimidating, disrespectful, and entirely inappropriate. When we raised concerns, the manager attempted to justify the behavior by blaming my sister for “not answering fast enough,” which is absurd. He then gave a dismissive, non-apology, saying that “if we felt it was racist,” they were sorry completely avoiding responsibility for what actually happened.
To make matters worse, when we got our food, there were items missing from our meals. After everything that had already happened, this just showed a complete lack of care and attention to the orders.
This entire experience reflects extremely poor management, lack of professionalism, and deeply concerning behavior toward customers. No one should be treated this way, especially a young customer. I will not be returning to this location and strongly urge others to avoid it.
This situation deserves serious attention from corporate, as this level of conduct from staff especially management is unacceptable.
