  Staff are very friendly. Food is good but the place lacks cleanliness. Dining room dirty and area behind the counter very mess. They have so many staff but no one watching the dining room area.

  Never seen something like this in my 18 years of life, I order a bowl say half chicken and pastor, half steak, double regular chicken, which usually comes to 21$, we get to the cashier and I get charged 29 then when calmly explaining to the worker that I got half and half not two double portions which I literally labeled as a misunderstanding the worker had to make me the problem and started saying that I got 3 meats. At that point I’m literally just agreeing with whatever bs she says so I can leave. Then she literally opens my order and starts individually picking out pieces of meat and putting them back to sell.that is so unhygienic and I was left genuinely baffled

  April 17, 2026 Chipotle responded with a URL to Contact Us. I went to the link and was presented many options but nothing to help specifically address what I should do to respond with more details. Typical canned response and no support. Just supports my belief, these places do not care and only want your money. Too bad, you have good food but terrible service and lack of QA on peoples orders requiring me to drive again for THEIR ERROR. April 14, 2026 Will NEVER return. Picked up original order and when I got home the TACO's, for my wife, were wrong and could not eat them. She called and they remade the order. Nice right? I had to drive back to pick them up. You think an offer of discount on the next order or a rebate, hah, not a thing. This how things are today and I can choose to spend elsewhere.

  This place is actually insane. The workers were nice but the bowls are sooo small. They are so under filled and for the price u are paying it is not worth it, I swear it was not like this went it opened but def been going downhill. Save ur time and go somewhere else.

  This restaurant needs more people in the front of house to clean the place. Every time I go here, the tables haven’t been browned, the stations for utensils and trays haven’t been cleaned, the floor always has napkins and rice. I like Chipotle’s food, but always think how dirty the kitchen is when they let the front of house get dirty like that. Food was room temperature. Nothing was hot. That’s becoming Chipotle’s signature, I’ve had Chipotle in Chicago and that was also the case. Not likely to make this restaurant chain a first choice, more like last resort.
