  The service here was horrible. If you are trying to get a good portion of food. STAY AWAY! They are not generous of the portions they give you. When asking for a little more rice and cheese the Indian lady was extremely rude and said that I would need to pay extra for more of anything. I payed for an empty bowl! Go to the square one location the service is much much better.

  Very disappointed with my experience at Chipotle today. The rice bowl portion was much smaller than what I usually get at other locations — probably around 40% less. They only added a very small scoop of rice, beans, corn, and meat. I politely asked if they could add a little more since the portion did not seem like a normal serving, but the server refused and was rude about it. She said if I wanted more, I would have to pay extra. I understand extra charges for additional toppings, but the initial serving itself was not a proper portion. For the price being charged, customers should at least receive a reasonable amount of food and better service.

  The worst because they kept saying this ingredient is extra and yet their ad shows avocado and yogurt but they charge for it including cilantro. Furthermore they don't have the fresh ingredients that's in their commercials and they kept ignoring me on what ingredients I want so that they don't give you anything on my burrito. Then I asked if the bowls were edible and they don't know what edible means?? But they're in the food service industry, means they are not certified food handlers. After eating it, I got diarrhea means they have cross contamination and probably don't wash their hands and don't wear gloves.

  I come here more times than I can count, and it’s the same exceptional service every time. This is my favourite chiptole location because of the friendly atmosphere that immediately greets me (even before I became a regular). It’s so inviting and welcoming, and kept clean that I’m very tempted to just eat there instead of the comfort of my home. To every employee there, thank you for your incredible service and representing what true hospitality is.

  I was really disappointed with this Chipotle experience. We came in with a group of friends, ordered normally, and were met with rude attitudes the whole time. The portions were honestly terrible, especially the meat, and it felt like they were trying to give as little as possible. On top of that, the workers at the counter and register kept giving us dirty looks that made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Definitely not the kind of service you expect when paying for food.
