- JJJApr 20, 20264.0The food is fine, exactly what I expected from fast food. Problem is the location. That parking lot was already a nightmare because of Krispy Kreme and now it is borderline impossible to navigate due to the traffic congestion that Chick-Fil-A creates, since too many things are shoved into one area. I stopped going to anything in that parking lot to avoid that mess and the clueless drivers that make it completely unsafe. No chicken or donut is worth having to drive in some of these areas around Heartland.

The staff are sweet and great with everyone. From the moment you arrive and until you leave. Greetings and smiles. Of course we come for the food but we keep coming back for the atmosphere.

While we were enjoying our food, he came by our table multiple times to check if we needed anything and even brought over a full tray of extra sauces. He did this for every table, not just ours. Every time a guest left, he immediately cleaned up the plates and wiped down the entire table. On top of that, he had the biggest smile while delivering food trays to each customer, which made the whole experience even better. Please make sure Emanuel gets the recognition he deserves. And honestly, the entire staff deserves praise — not a single person was standing around. Everyone was working together as a team, and it really showed. Great job to the whole crew.
