- SSSaL3 days ago1.0So the mac & cheese, the top part of the cheese was already hard and dense when I got it. The top part of the cheese was not gooey at all. The cheese sauce was odd looking within the container as you will see from the pictures I took. The cashier was great, but the whole service experience, focusing on the quality of the food was terrible. I had seen one of the workers drop a napkin on the floor in the dining area and he did not pick it up. He let it sit there for about five minutes before he came around with a broom. I will not be returning to this location again with the subpar quality of the mac & cheese. So many other places to choose from to eat that are within the same price range in the mall.

The place is super clean, well organized, and service is examplary; they give you mint mouth fresher and wet tissue if you are dinning in. After I put my oder, I sat in a seat, think it might take time. In few minutes, they brought my food extremely well packaged to my table. Overall, fantastic place for quality sandwiches and other items of their menu.

Expectation vs reality: paying a premium for fast food should come with reliable quality and portioning — this one missed on both. Overall, disappointing for the price.
