A staff member behaved unprofessionally and, when I raised a concern about how I was being spoken to, another employee falsely claimed to be the manager and handled the situation poorly. Instead of resolving the issue, the interaction became uncomfortable and disrespectful. As a customer, I expect basic courtesy and honesty from staff, especially from someone representing management. This experience did not meet those expectations at all. I hope the actual management looks into this matter and ensures proper staff training so other customers don’t have to go through a similar experience.

Not sure who is employed here but I will never be returning. Really wish I could get my money back for that atrociously terrible burger. Would give 0 stars if I could. Cardboard probably tastes better and is healthier for you than this junk. Yuck… highly recommend avoiding this establishment if you can even call it that.
