- JJJazmineJan 28, 20261.0Absolute joke of a location. This Subway refused to accept digital coupons from Subway’s own app—the same app they aggressively promote. That’s not a misunderstanding, that’s false advertising. The customer service was embarrassingly bad. Staff were rude, dismissive, and acted like honoring a company-issued coupon was some unreasonable request. No explanation, no effort to help—just here’s your receipt, call the owner to deal with it. If this location can’t follow basic corporate promotions or treat customers with even minimal respect, it shouldn’t be operating under the Subway name. Save your time, money, and patience and go literally anywhere else. This place clearly doesn’t care.
