  i hate to be that guy but i cant wait to see what replaces your restaurant at this location. the customer service i experienced at your restaurant was so bad. i can only compare my experience with your waitress and management to a prisoner ordering food from a guard. i have never felt so embarassed, talked down to and belittled as i did by your staff and its my mission to make sure corporate and the rest of milton finds out how inappropriate rude amd disrespectful your behaviour is. i arrived with my younger brother who was celebrating his 21st birthday. we asked for a table for 6 as we had other family coming shortly. immediately the waitress asks if we want drinks and we place our orders. ten mins later the rest of our party arrives and so does my drink however my brothers drink didnt. waitress says (rudely) i need to see his i.d. he had forgotten it so appologized and explained and said iced tea would be fine. this was not an acceptable answer to the middle aged waitress experiencing what can only be assumed is menopause as she started shrieking for a manager to come over. the manager comes over we try to explain whats going on and w9thput so much as a sentence out of our mouth we were kicked from the restaurant. its really embarrassing for us but not as embarassing as your adult woman staff losing her absolute mind over a change of drink order. and then management not even listening to an explanation...just a really perfect example of what horrible hospitality looks like

  We are always at this location and for good reason. Garfield the manager went out of his way to make an order that was not on the menu. And it was so good!! My mother asked for a quesadilla and he immediately said “I’ll make it for you!” Our server Brenda was amazing! Very attentive and so fun. Made our lunch very enjoyable!

  Speed of service and seating was good. Restaurant was clean and atmosphere acceptable. Time from seating to order was good. Food order to delivery was approx 35 minutes, too slow. Food quality was poor. Salad greens were not fresh and flavour was poor. Main course vegetables were overcooked, soggy/mushy. Grilled chicken was ok, just slightly over cooked and dry. Prices were in range of competitive restaurants for dinner, but overpriced for this poor food quality and prep. Wait service was good. Disappointed.

  A go to spot when it is time to go for lunch on my shifts. Amazing weekly deals. The wings never disappoint. The service is friendly, quick and amazing. Notably, service from Sheila and Garfield are some of the best I have ever had. Always bringing positivity, friendly gestures and professional service to you. Ensuring everything you need is swiftly brought to you at your request. Definitely a recommended spot for a great lunch or dinner with service that never disappoints.

  STINGY LOCATION AND BELOW AVERAGE SERVICE. Haven't been to this Montana's location in a while. I do visit several Montana's locations within the province (Ontario) and others. In fact the last time I was at Montana's Milton the manager showed me their impressive smoker in the kitchen. That was then this is now. Unfortunately this Montana's location is not what it used to be. Right off the start the small plates on the table was not clean, had food residue on it. Terrible drink serving practice with our server's (Sheila) fingers almost in the glass, literally holding glass at area where lips touch. Quality of briscut in sandwiches very poor cuts mostly fat and nerve. I returned my order back, and when replaced with the firecracker burger I noticed the burger was very well done and dry. Likely because the cook removed the burger from my original order and recooked it. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC !!!! When I brought this to the attn of Sheila, she got all defensive and stated that's the only way they serve it. Sheila did not apologize nor appreciate any feedback I provided. At which point I responded and advised that's not what I've experienced at other Montana's. Don't get me wrong, I have a threshold of flexibility in dining but this Montana's to date was the worst Montana's I've experienced to date. Fries were also excessively covered in salt. When it came time to paying, the server was literally leaning over the portable payment device to see what kind of tip was being left. I left $10 tip. If the Milton Montana's manager really cares about quality of service to loyal Montana's clients, I suggest they serve their menu at the same standard as other Montana's.
