  We waited in the drive-thru for our order, but the service was extremely disappointing. The staff only seemed to be taking orders from one side while completely ignoring the other lane. We ended up waiting nearly 15 minutes without any acknowledgment. It felt very disrespectful and frustrating.

  I came here on sunday night and i was on drive thru and they didn’t take my side order, they were taking other side orders and then a lady take my order after 3 cars from other side. Too bad service

  Absolutely terrible. Every time I go they mess up my wrap and when I tell them, they proceed to give me back the same thing I didn’t ask for. I never get what I asked for and paid for.

  Missed items two times in a row. They can't refund online so had to drive back to get my burger that was missed. Front staff looked at me as if I was trying to get a free cheese burger. I was simply trying get what I bought. Had to waste 10+ minutes explaining... Check the order before heading out...
