  Me and a friend had visited this location ordered 15 wings each. The waitress had brought us 10 wings each when we brought this to her attention she said that it was her mistake and she would bring out the additional 5 wings each so that we got what we ordered. After 30 minutes she came by to ask if we had gotten the wings and we explained that we hadn't she went to check on what was taking so long. Then came back 15 minutes later to clean our table we told her that we still hadn't received our full order. She cleaned the table and let us know she would look into it. She then came by to tell us that it was very weird we were saying that we only got 10 wings because she put 15 wings in. We explained that she had seen we only got ten wings and that no other wings arrived. She said she would be right back. Expecting to get the rest of our order me and my friend were surprised when she just came with the bill. We paid the bill and asked to speak with a manager. The man who cane was not a manager and was a supposed supervisor that showed zero customer service skills other than to smile and nod. Worst Kelseys experience.

  ​I don’t usually write reviews, but the service we received from Alex was so outstanding that I had to share. From the moment we sat down, Alex made us feel like the most important table in the room. ​His attention to detail is unmatched—we literally never had to wait for anything. He seemed to anticipate our needs before we even realized them, whether it was a refill, a fresh set of utensils, or perfectly timed courses. It’s rare to find a server who strikes that perfect balance of being incredibly attentive without being intrusive, but Alex nailed it. ​If you’re looking for a seamless, welcoming dining experience, ask for Alex. He truly went above and beyond to make our night special. We will definitely be back!

  My wife and I went for lunch on a Saturday. She had the lettuce wraps and I had the curry vegetable bowl. The lettuce wrap filling was served cold. The curry was maybe a couple of ounces of curry on the bottom of the bowl. The rice was cold and the vegetables were anything but warm. The bowl had to be stirred to get any curry flavour. We didn't say anything (never do); just paid and left. The restaurant is dated and looking rough in spots. Won't be back. Too bad, this used to be a go to spot for us.

  The food took forever to arrive. I waited at least 40 minutes. Got a 10 Oz Sirloin Steak medium well with a baked potato. The steak was dry and overly cooked (more like well done). It tasted like cardboard. The server was completely non existent and looked like she did not care at all. Never checked in to ask if I wanted another beer and asked how the food was or if I needed anything else. Horrible experience overall!

  Overcooked dry chicken breast, smells like it has been burnt. Undercooked hard to chew rice. The fish has too much salt. This is the worst meal I ever had at a Kelsey's restaurant. This location definitely needs a new chef! Service is ok, but nothing extraordinary. The place itself is reasonably clean but also not sparkling clean like some other locations. I would not visit this location again and I don't recommend going there. There are much better restaurants in the area at the same price point.
