  The team that were making the burger were amazing they were so polite and friendly. They made my burger fast even thought it was rush. The lobby was really clean with no mess. It was a really great experience.

  Not happy with the quality of the food, fries are cold and crispy chicken, sucks. The only good thing was the Diet Pepsi. The staff would rather chit chat in the back then focus on the customer service.

  Wow! For being such a busy Harvey’s between mobile orders, drive-thru, uber, and guests inside, these individuals did a great job! The food was really hot and fresh tasting. My boyfriend got the Big Harv with fries and he was quite pleased. I got the 1/4 angus with cheese and bacon, also very yummy! I would recommend

  If you're the district manager at Recipe Unlimited overseeing this location and are reading this review, you need to seriously review this location's operation and process flow, or put them in a corporate service improvement programme. I didn't get a receipt to fill out a survey, so I'm going to share my experience here. I placed my order, and the skinny bearded male cash register clerk Abhi was not good; he left his post at the cash register after punching in my order and ran off before my receipt printed, which meant my order ticket was not placed in the queue as I realized. As a result, I saw my food order sitting under the lamp for like 5 min since another staff member was garnishing burgers, which wasted my time and made me angry. The lady with the headset helped me get my order and tried to make it right even though she was curt and not particularly friendly, which I appreciated, but I can sense her frustration being surrounded by incompetent colleagues, and I think she deserves a raise. If you guys care about driving repeat business and building customer advocates within the community, your staff needs to execute with more common sense, organization and be more perceptive when a customer is just standing there with no one around after finishing the orders ahead of him. If you don't care, then keep up the mediocrity; you might anger the wrong customer and he or she will go postal and you'll have a bigger problem on your hands. Bottom line: In the service business, the staff needs to hustle and work fast, especially when people are hungry and strapped for time. Only the lady wearing the headset is competent.

  Took they're extremely sweet time, with no consideration of the fast food aspect in costumer service. There were no other cars in the driveway and we had waited for the time of at least 5 cars to get food by the time we had left.
