- BOBrianne O'Brien5 days ago1.0I didn’t realize that subway changed their extra cheese practice…we normally order from this subway regularly BUT it’s been a while for us. We typically order the same thing every time and always with extra cheese. Up until now the employees always separated the cheese and placed them interchanged along the bun, on busy days if the cheese was stuck, yes they would just place as is because there’s a line and understandably no one wants to waste time….but this evening I was the only person ordering and the employee left the cheese stuck together( which isn’t the main issue)…when I asked if she could “possibly separate the cheese please”…she responded with an aggressive, I dare say venomous “no” and gave me a look that said she thought I was dirt for even asking…..I asked politely and made sure my tone was light and friendly…I even responded politely after with a simple “oh, ok then, sorry”….because now I felt stupid and like I did something wrong….if the policy or practices have changed I get that but maybe inform customers a bit more kindly…with a lot less venom.

- MAM AJan 8, 20261.0I placed an order online for two steak and cheese sandwiches - we barely had any meat in them. This is a regular order of ours and we know the amount of meat that should be in it. It was half that amount. We asked for ‘less’ onions and the subs were full of onions. The bigger problem is subways support system that didn’t correct the issue rather just simply sent us an email a few days later saying we talked to staff? And never replied to my response that this does not correct the issue for me? I did not receive what u paid for nor an apology.
