I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway today. There were two Indian ladies working at the counter — the same staff who have been unwilling to make sandwiches properly on previous visits as well.
Today, I ordered a veggie patty sub. One of them took out a frozen patty and heated it together with the bread, not even separately, and for barely a few seconds. When I asked her to grill the sandwich, she replied rudely and unwillingly that grilling has been discontinued.
The sandwich was cold and unpleasant, a d I throw that in the garbage in front of her and I left feeling disrespected and frustrated. This kind of attitude and poor service should not be acceptable at any Subway. Proper training and customer service standards are clearly needed at this location.

At lunch time I watched the customer in front of me order a veggie sub, and when the staff member went to cut the sub, she dropped the knife in tuna. The customer proceeded to ask her to change the knife for what I’m assuming is an allergy or something, and the staff member muttered under her breath “oh my god.”
Very rude and unwelcoming. I did not order anything after that interaction and walked out.
The employee was female and I believe her name started with “S”.

We got some coupons for power bowls. My husband is vegetarian. They advertised the tuna power bowl on their website but sais that they didn’t have it at this location. Another young lady walked out after finding out the vegetarian options. Please consider adding vegetarian options to your menu. The veggie delight doesn’t cut it!
