  Subject: Concern Regarding Hygiene and Customer Servic We visited your Subway location 6521 Derry RD and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The staff member serving us was not very polite, which made the visit uncomfortable. In addition, we noticed that while preparing the sandwiches, bracelets and loose sleeves were touching the food. This raised hygiene concerns for us. For food safety, there should be clear rules such as no hand jewelry during food preparation and proper sleeve control (either short sleeves or appropriate gloves). We hope you take this feedback seriously and ensure better hygiene practices and customer service in the future.

  Today I went on this location I took 3 sandwiches that was too good and delicious .my kids enjoyed and employers are very kind to us as well others costumers and the sandwich quality was also good . Thnx a lot . Happy holiday 😇

  We visited this Subway recently and had a disappointing experience. The employee preparing our order didn’t seem to know the proper way to assemble the sub. The cheese, veggies, and sauces were all put together incorrectly, and the quality was not up to Subway’s usual standards. What concerned me most was that they didn’t change their gloves between preparing a veggie sub and a chicken sub. This is a basic hygiene practice and should never be overlooked. I hope the staff receives proper training so future visits are improved.
