  Avoid this location. Smells weird inside like dirty mop water type smell, and seriously not enough staff. The girl working today barely could keep up to the uber orders they had on hold and had 4 customers waiting to order food in person and told each one to wait 2 minutes. We got tired of waiting and left. Super dissappointed hope the owners can chime in and start fixing these issues.

  Very disappointing experience and easily the worst sandwich I’ve had from any location. I ordered a roast beef sandwich, which is supposed to be dipped in au jus sauce — that’s standard. Instead, the sandwich was made dry from start to finish and the sauce was served at the very end. Completely missed the point and ruined the taste. I also clearly asked for sautéed onions, but the staff member kept pushing to get it grilled instead and refused to listen. The bigger issue was the attitude and lack of customer service. Communication was poor, dismissive, and unprofessional. Even another team member was trying to correct her and explain the proper way, but she ignored them. That says a lot. This felt like a waste of money. No attention to customer preference, no accountability, and no basic service standards. If you’re working in food service, listening to the customer isn’t optional. This location seriously needs better training and quality control. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend it based on this experience.

  Came to this Mr. Sub today and finally had an amazing meat sandwich. Fresh, neat, and made exactly right. The girl working today had great customer service, clear communication, and even after the heavy rush from the Christmas parade, she still served with a big smile. To be honest, my past experiences here weren’t the best — the previous staff made messy sandwiches and the customer service and communication were pretty weak. But today’s service really changed my view of this location. Big improvement and much appreciated.

  Stopped by the Mr. Sub on Main St this afternoon and had sandwiches — super tasty and fresh! It’s my second time here and the food’s always amazing. Shout out to the girl working there - really nice and super hardworking, managing everything by herself. The place was clean, chill, and just a great spot overall. Definitely coming back!

  This was my first time trying Mr. Sub and I went with the seafood sub. Honestly, I didn’t expect much, but it turned out way better than I thought. The seafood mix was creamy and flavorful, and the bread was super soft and fresh. The toppings were crisp, everything was made right in front of me, and the staff were really friendly and welcoming. The place was clean and had a nice relaxed vibe too. I’ll definitely be coming back.
