  Had the great atmosphere for dine in and also helped me with order was the best part in the quickest manner possible. All thanks goes to Raman and the team. Would love to stop by and looking forward to visiting it soon!

  Customer service is zero and unprofessional . Non English speakers don’t even understand what’s being ordered messed up my order . At least make sure they understand and speak basic English properly to take orders correctly. No offence but nowadays these food chains just care about their sales and quantity not quality or service .

  Their employees at the drive thru window don't know what their feasts and combos come with, you have to remind them that you have choices of sides, dipping sauces, etc.

  My kids and I, 3 of us, went here for dinner, which we do or should I say did on Sundays quite frequently. We ordered a couple sandwiches and chicken strips, nothing crazy. It took almost 40 mins to receive our meals, not exaggerating either. I was pretty upset but instead of making a scene, I contacted kfc and the store directly through email, to just point out the extremely unreasonable amount of time it took to get our food. It’s been over two weeks and they still haven’t replied. The worst part was watching lines of people get their food before us and we didn’t even get an apology. In hindsight I kinda regret not speaking up at the moment, but crashing out over “fast food” isn’t cool 🤦‍♂️. Safe to say we won’t be returning, to any kfc unfortunately. Probably a blessing health wise lol. Overpaying for “mid” food and waiting over half an hour for it is crazy! Zero stars and thumbs down 👎!!
