One of the best KFC experiences I’ve had!
I ordered from the KFC on Martin Street and was honestly impressed. The chicken was fresh, crispy, and full of flavor—exactly what you hope for when you’re craving fried chicken. The fries were hot and perfectly seasoned too.

Showed up and waited for 10 minutes for the cashier to come take my order but for some reason the staff was having a union meeting right at lunch time. I didn’t ened up getting a lunch because the employee wasted my time not taking my order. There was 9 people waiting for the employees to take someone’s order but no. Let’s full our dinner with people waiting and not let anyone order food. HORRIBLE SERVICE

We tried to order 2-3 pc chicken tenders meals & were told they were out of tenders. My husband got 2-2pc meals with pieces of chicken. It was undercooked & fried were totally cold. We go there at least once a week & will think again about returning. I really hope management reads this & replies because his workers were rude & very unhelpful. Not happy

I’m writing to express my disappointment with the quality of food I received on two recent late-night orders.
On the first occasion, I ordered a Zinger Burger that was clearly reheated — the chicken was extremely hard and barely edible. On the second occasion, I ordered a 4-piece chicken meal and specifically selected dark meat. Not only did I not receive dark meat, but the chicken pieces seemed completely random and, again, were clearly reheated. The batter was tough and overcooked, and the meat itself was dry and inedible.
I understand that it was late at night, but the quality of the food should be consistent regardless of the time. Selling leftover or reheated food to paying customers is unacceptable. It’s happened twice now, which is very disappointing, and I feel disrespected as a loyal customer.
I’d appreciate if you could investigate this matter and ensure your stores maintain proper food quality standards at all hours. Please also advise how you intend to address this situation.
