  Zubair was a great server. Always checking in… Friendly and prompt. Nothing worse than waiting for food, to flag down your server.. and Zubair was always there. Great food & place to celebrate my kiddo’s birthday!

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Had an awesome time at East Side Mario’s! 🍝🥖 The food was fresh, portions were generous, and the atmosphere was super fun and family-friendly 🎉. A special shoutout to our server, Colleen 🙌 — she was friendly, attentive, and absolutely amazing from start to finish 💫. She made our dining experience extra special! 💖 Highly recommend this location — we’ll definitely be back! 😋👏

  We had a great experience at East Side Mario’s! The food was delicious — especially the chicken parmigiana, and of course the soup, salad, and dessert were all fresh and flavorful. But the highlight of our visit was the service from Colleen! She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome from start to finish. Her positive energy really made the meal even better. Thank you, Colleen, for such wonderful service — we’ll definitely be back!

  Me and my family go here so often and we love dining in every now and then. However, when I decided to order takeout, I was thoroughly disappointed and dissatisfied. The soup was unfortunately not packaged properly which led to it spilling all over me (It was also piping hot too so ouch.) Also I don’t know if this is a common thing in some restaurants but depending on the restaurant, they always seem to skimp on the portions for takeout… When I ordered the “three course meal package”, it was extremely, extremely disappointing. The pasta was cold and DROWNED in tomato sauce, which was not good. The chicken parmigiana was very extremely small and came in two small pieces. It was okay, just small. The bread was probably the best thing out of the entire meal to be completely honest. And the mini Oreo cheesecake was good, of course. You can’t mess up dessert. This won’t deter me from not coming back but just because you don’t have a sit-in customer, does not mean you get to neglect their meal. Especially when you’re raising prices by $2-4 per item on delivery platforms, which is honestly kinda greedy for the portions you get. Please do better.

  Literally don’t even know where to begin. I’ve never had such a horrible experience at a restaurant. First, we sat down at the table & the bread came around. I picked up my WRAPPED silverware & noticed it was disgusting with chunks of green something on the spoon (some sort of leftover food) I COULDNT BELIEVE IT!! So I began to inspect the rest of the tables silverware & 3/4 were disgusting with remnants of food on them. Then I checked the small bread plates & THEY ALSO were dirty. Picked one up and got some gross greasy white chunky stuff on my hands- no it was not butter & bread. DISGUSTING!!!! We should have just left from there! But we were very hungry & I order takeout from here atleast once a week & never had an issue & the food has always been delicious. We all begin eating our food which was very delicious & toward the end of my meal, I’m eating some of the penne noodles and feel myself bite down on something horribly HARD!!! Confused, I spit it out and it was a piece of metal or hard plastic or something!! Then I feel my tooth with my tongue & ITS ALL SHARP AND JAGGED -BROKEN IN HALF!!!!!!!! I cannot believe this happened. I hate confrontation so I tried to laugh it off with my family but then I thought u know what this was not right at all. Not to mention, the kitchen staff needs to be more careful because that could’ve been a CHILD!!! Like even MY CHILD That was eating next to me!!! Unbelievable. The manager was surprised & kind, although he kind of insinuated that I put it in there by saying “that didnt come from here, we don’t have anything that looks like that” I said “Well I didn’t put it in here & break my own tooth!!” Like seriously.. which they can confirm by CHECKING THE SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS!!!! He then apologized & gave me my meal for free. Also gave a discount on my mothers bill due to the disgusting dishes that were on the table. The server was kind although I felt we were annoying her because of asking for new dishes and silverware because (no one would want to eat on dishes that still has someone else’s meal on it *puke* ) We left her a $25 tip for her “troubles”. I didn’t think to get pictures of the disgusting dishes on the table because I was so flabbergasted. But here is a *graphic* picture of my broken tooth, also a picture of the metal or plastic piece that broke it.
