  Great experience with TJ as our server.... there is nothing this guy can't do... on his 15 minute break he not only fixed our car but delivered our newborn son in the parking lot so our food wouldn't get cold...as I held my newborn son I looked into TJ's eyes and thanked him - he looked at me and said in his deep radio voice "badda boom badda bing- no worries it ain't no thing"... mic drop.

  Decent place, service can be slow at times (busy place) but staff are friendly overall. Kids love coming here! Kids ice cream - out of the 4 times we have been in the last year, I think my kids have only gotten their chosen flavour (strawberry) once. Tonight we were informed they had run out but the manager would be back shortly with ice cream. My daughter wanted to wait, so we did. A little mind boggling that ice cream seems to be such a struggle here...this isn't fresh produce, its a frozen item that comes with every Kids meal.

  We went out for dinner after hockey to East Side Mario’s, where kids eat free on Tuesdays, which is always a huge hit with our son. He really hit it off with our server, Kyle. Kyle was fun yet professional and quick to provide any refills we needed or extra cheese, soup, etc. He was on the mark the whole time. We loved how attentive and quick he was, especially since it was fairly busy. Thanks again for the great service!

  My experience at this particular restaurant was terrible. The place was mostly empty but for some reason I was seated right next to a kids birthday party. They were unbearably loud. They were screaming at the top of their lungs so much, that I left with a headache. I couldn’t speak to anyone at my table without yelling. Despite the mediocre food and loud environment, my server Olivia was extremely polite and friendly.

  Feb 14th visit was subpar. The hostess acted like she didn’t want to be there, no greeting or even a hello. We didn’t have timely service, a few servers telling us someone will be with us, leading to long wait times. My daughter’s child’s meal was hardly a serving: the picture is before she ate, she just mixed the sauce in. I have reached out through the feedback form with no answer from the restaurant. My family will find somewhere new to visit. It’s just very disappointing.
