    I always enjoy visiting our Milton DQ location. The employees are cheerful and seem to be having fun together.

    We went for a little family outing. My husband got a burger and fries - which were delicious and the kids and I got blizzards. Obviously those are always amazing. The best part about our visit was having Chenali serve us, she was so polite and ensured we had a great experience! Thank you Chenali and diary queen staff for always having top notch quality and service.

    Poor Customer Service and Incorrect Order at Dairy Queen Dear Dairy Queen Manager, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience at your location. During my visit, my group and I placed an order for a large ice cream. However, the order taker provided us with a medium size instead. I immediately pointed out the mistake and politely informed the staff member that we had ordered a large ice cream, not a medium. Despite repeating myself several times, the order taker refused to acknowledge the error and insisted that the order was correct. She was unwilling to listen correct the issue, or provide a satisfactory explanation. This experience was frustrating and disappointing, especially considering that we used our **DQ points** for this purchase. As loyal customers, we expect a basic level of attention and customer service, but unfortunately, that was not the case during this visit. I would appreciate if this issue could be addressed with the staff involved and need attention on this matters. Please let me know if you need further details about the visit, including location, date, and time. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope to see an improvement in service

Despite having 1020 points, which is sufficient for a large Blizzard requiring 700 points, I received a medium size, which was disappointing.
