  We had a great experience at East Side Mario’s! The food was delicious, fresh, and served on time. The atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. A special thank you to Mila, who took great care of us. She was very friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. Her service truly made a difference. Highly recommend this place, and we’ll definitely be coming back!

  Kristy is one of the best servers I've ever had. Friendly and happy everytime she came to serve us our food or drinks. I haven't been here in a long time. Because of Kristy and the amazing food and drinks. I feel like this place is going to be a weekly get away for some fun and great food. Thank you Eastside Mario's. Thank you Kristy and the team here. Looking forward to coming back soon. I left full !!! And happy!! 😃 😊

  Unfortunately, we have always experienced poor customer service at this location - no matter what time of the day we dine. They definitely need to hire more folks, esp for lunch hour or dinner rush. We always have to flag down the waitress to take our order, grab more bread or ask for refills (asked for a drink and salad refill 3X and never got it on our mst recent visit). We have tried this location many times because of its local to us but now willing to drive 20 mins out to Mississauga for better service.

  My review is mainly for the service. There was clearly challenges with some of the coverage and overworked staff with events going on in the area this day and after management (also helpful at first) stepped in …. Sophia our waitress, stepped up and killed it. She did her best to turn the experience around for us after some issues and she very much kept her composure. It was her goal to make it better for us and she did. She deserves a raise and acknowledgement because a lot of people would have been in a very different mood at that point and would not have been able to turn the experience around. Thanks to her we will be back.

  I had a great experience at East Side Mario's and will definitely be coming back. From the moment we were seated, the service stood out—Ava took amazing care of our table of three. She was attentive, friendly, and always one step ahead, making sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. It really made the whole dining experience smooth and enjoyable. The food was also excellent. Everything came out fresh, hot, and full of flavor. You can tell there’s consistency in the kitchen, and it definitely lived up to expectations. Between the quality of the meals and the great service, it made for a really satisfying visit. Overall, this was a very positive experience. Great service, great food, and a welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be returning again soon and would recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and enjoyable dining spot
