  Stopped going their noticed while I'm waiting to order other people ordering are standing and talking over the top unprotected part of the glass protector theirs a space uncovered no doubt talk spit gets on the selections as people talk over the top to complete their order turn off saw this a few times. Please have your glass completely covered to avoid these people ordering from hanging over the top glass it's a sanitary issue and disgusting. Always had good service and food their only issue is the counter glass doesn't fully cover the food and people are standing or hanging over the glass talking while ordering. I'm sure I'm not the only one who stopped going their for this reason. If covered I will go back if not will not go back.

  I had a really great experience at Mr. Sub. The staff were welcoming and efficient, and everything was made exactly how I asked. The ingredients tasted fresh, the bread was soft, and the portion size was really good for the price. The store was also clean and well-organized, which made the whole visit even better. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

  Stopped by Mr. Sub and it was really good! Everything tasted fresh, the sandwich was made perfectly, and service was quick. Staff were super friendly too. Would definitely recommend!

  Old owners were amazing and sold it to the new owners a few years ago. I couldn’t believe how amazing it is and nothing changed. The Staff are amazing and the subs are on point !!! Love this place !

  I have been going to Mr Sub on King street for 25 years and have never been so disgusted with the customer service i experienced tonight by the one male employee. I always get an assorted sub with extra lettuce and extra sub sauce( every time) Tonight, i asked the gentleman to wipe the knife off before cutting my sub because there were condiments from the previous sub and he got upset huffing and puffing! i usually get sub sauce on the side so that my sub isn’t soggy when i eat at home. The man gave me attitude because i asked for extra sauce and he rudely told me to buy the bottle of sub sauce instead of requesting my usual sauce on the side in front of other customers and employees. when i asked if it was policy not to give more sauce, He was very ignorant and told me this is going to be a policy within MR SUB soon??? I have been to multiple mr subs in other towns/ cities and have never had a problem with this situation. This is the only establishment that’s seems to be cheap with their toppings and rude if you request extra ANYTHING! if i’m paying for your food, i should get it the way i like it. Terrible service 😔
