  If curious about the service read until the end. Was excited to order food after working a 12 hour day. Ordered online and it said the order would take 20 minutes, my wife got there for the pick up time and had to wait another 30. Got home and all the food was cold. I normally don't complain but I was upset after such a long day. I ended up speaking to the manager Lindsey after explaining to the worker on the phone what happened. Lindsey took the time to make me a fresh order and went to the kitchen to help in any way she could to expedite the order for me. While I was waiting I noticed all the employees were swamped and one of the tables was a large group that was easily 25-30 people. Even with how busy the staff were I had 3 different servers stop and check on me to see if I needed to be helped or if I needed anything, they were all fantastic. Long story short if you want good food and to know your servers will take care of you, then you should visit the Midland Kelsey's. Even when they are overwhelmed and busy they will do what they can to try and make sure you have a great experience.

  We were visiting family from out of town and came to Kelsey's for dinner. Staff was welcoming and cheerful. Our larger group was seated quickly in comfortable surroundings. Our waiter was very friendly and efficient. Everyone enjoyed a great meal experience with generous portions from a menu with plenty of choices. This Kelsys offers good value for a quality dinner. We will definently be back.

  My dad and I regularly come to Kelsey’s as a monthly night out. Their seafood pasta is epic, but was discontinued. He settled for the Mediterranean salmon and was not disappointed! I had the shrimp Thai curry bowl and I found my new favourite meal. The servers are personable and patient with my dad. Couldn’t ask for more for a local dinner!

  Kelley's (the 3 we have been to in various places) needs to teach their staff How to cook! Our server once she realized we were not going to sit where she wanted us to, finally came around, and her service was good. However Medium RARE does not translate to well done.(not our servers fault) I recommend the peppered Calamari. Do NOT order steak, and if you like Curry? DO NOT order the Thai curry bowl, as it was flavorless. Never again that was your 3rd strike.

  Stopped in at Kelseys Original Roadhouse and had a great experience. Food came out hot and fresh, and the portions were solid. Service was friendly and checked in at the right times without being overbearing. Atmosphere was what you’d expect relaxed, easy place to sit down and enjoy a meal. Everything came out in a reasonable time and overall it was a smooth visit. Would definitely come back again 👍 Jada was our server, she was awesome very attentive!
