  Old owners were amazing and sold it to the new owners a few years ago. I couldn’t believe how amazing it is and nothing changed. The Staff are amazing and the subs are on point !!! Love this place !

  I have been going to Mr Sub on King street for 25 years and have never been so disgusted with the customer service i experienced tonight by the one male employee. I always get an assorted sub with extra lettuce and extra sub sauce( every time) Tonight, i asked the gentleman to wipe the knife off before cutting my sub because there were condiments from the previous sub and he got upset huffing and puffing! i usually get sub sauce on the side so that my sub isn’t soggy when i eat at home. The man gave me attitude because i asked for extra sauce and he rudely told me to buy the bottle of sub sauce instead of requesting my usual sauce on the side in front of other customers and employees. when i asked if it was policy not to give more sauce, He was very ignorant and told me this is going to be a policy within MR SUB soon??? I have been to multiple mr subs in other towns/ cities and have never had a problem with this situation. This is the only establishment that’s seems to be cheap with their toppings and rude if you request extra ANYTHING! if i’m paying for your food, i should get it the way i like it. Terrible service 😔

  Well the wife and I just went there the clerk asked what my wife wanted but didn't give me the time of day as I stood where you order the whole time didn't even ask me if I wanted anything took my money though Bad service
