- JMJohn Marskell4 days ago5.0A couple of weeks ago, we had a less than impressive service, I didn't think I was coming back. Today, my birthday, my wife and grandson wanted to do kelseys. Lemme tell ya about polar opposites. We were served by Victoria, wow. She was not only cool and engaging, she made us feel special. Loved it. Food is never an issue here. Today's service, 10 out 10. We were gently upsold on a couple of things. We asked about the gift card deal, so well sold, we bought one. If all people were like Victoria, the world would be a better place. My grandson, (3yr old) loved the birthday song sang for his papa, thanks for making it wonderful and memorable.

I explained that we were missing a dinner. He had the dinner made up and delivered it himself. My order was refunded back to me and he included a cookie dessert with my meal. Talk about A1 service!! Thank you!!!! Definitely will be ordering from this place again.

Would have been 5 stars if they still had the Nashville chicken sandwhich. The Buffalo was I close second. Kate read my mind and knew exactly when I wanted another beer. I will definitely be back to visit not just for the food but for her too!
