    Yesterday, I was at Dairy Queen in Midland and witnessed a situation where a customer was being quite rude. I was genuinely impressed by how calmly and professionally the manager handled it. Instead of reacting negatively, they remained friendly, composed, and respectful throughout the interaction. It really showed the level of training and professionalism the staff have. It's not easy to deal with difficult customers, especially in a busy environment, but the team handled it with grace and maturity.
