I visited this Dairy Queen for the first time this spring and noticed most of the staff appeared to be international students. It feels like more fast food places are moving away from hiring local Canadian students and teenagers for entry-level jobs. I think young people growing up here should still have fair access to those first job opportunities.

There was no red velvet anything and all the cookie dough was at the top which left me with vanilla ice cream 2/3 way down. Last time we ordered a sugar cookie blizzard with cookie dough, and there was no cookie dough. A few times before that they somehow screwed up a cookie dough blizzard with extra cookie dough because the ice cream was chocolate. Safe to say that’s it for us and we won’t be going again.
