- BMBhavneet MannDec 25, 20251.0The worker made wrong sandwich ,my girlfriend has gluten allergy and the guy who was working their, i told him to make gluten free sandwich but he made sandwich with gluten in it. Due to this she suffered a lot of pain. Very disappointing and lack of customer service and i am not going to visit this subway again.
- RMross macInnesDec 4, 20251.0I went into subway for a meatball sub at approximately 4 o'clock on the 4th of December. I waited for a couple minutes before anyone came out to serve me. The employee was rude and had attitude towards me,though I was polite and well mannered with him. He was buy far the worst at customer service. I felt rushed and disrespected. I did not tip him and he rolled his eyes and didn't even respond back after I said thank you, have a good evening. Not happy with the customer service at all. I'm discouraged to even go back.
