When I walked in and placed my order, the Indian person behind the counter didn’t even look up or acknowledge me — it felt like I was bothering them just by being there. The sandwich was fine, but the lack of basic customer service really stood out. A simple “hello” or even eye contact would’ve made a big difference. Hopefully, they can improve on friendliness and attentiveness in the future.

The bread felt like it was baked during the last Ice Age, the lettuce was auditioning for a role in The Walking Dead, and the sandwich artist must’ve gone to abstract art school because what I got barely resembled food.
