  Visited this evening for some ice cream. When I arrived music was blaring so loud I couldn’t hear the staff behind the counter and had to ask them to repeat themselves four times, saying I couldn’t hear them each time. Felt really out of place yelling over the music. I asked for a Royal Reese Brownie Blizzard and when I got home to eat it realized they didn’t give me any brownies or the peanut butter centre in my blizzard it was just Reese’s cups, so I was less than thrilled that I just paid $8+ for something that didn’t come with all the ingredients. (Reese's Peanut Butter Cups and chocolate brownies blended with creamy soft serve and filled with a peanut butter center.). Last week when I visited and got the strawberry cheesecake blizzard, the cheesecake pieces were like rubber, it was awful. This is usually the flavour I get and I have never had the cheesecake bits taste like that. Quality of food and service has declined at this location. I hope the Meaford team and management can implement some positive changes. I would appreciate the opportunity to to have tonight’s order replaced since it wasn’t what I paid for.

  Love the new blizzards. Try them while you can!
