  Went for lunch with our clients and had a fantastic experience. Brooke the waitress was very polite and the food came out very quickly. Great spot for anyone looking for quick & quality food. Great for business meetings!! 5 Star ⭐️

  We had a great experience and wanted to recognize Brooke for going above and beyond. The restaurant was clearly very busy, and she wasn’t even our assigned server, yet she still took the time to check in on us and make sure we were taken care of. That kind of attentiveness doesn’t go unnoticed. It’s refreshing to see a young person bring that level of energy to their work. Brooke is a strong example of excellent customer service

  Dinner was great!! Brooke was our server and she was amazing!! She went over and above to make our experience such a positive one. Although the restaurant was busy she would check in on us to ensure that we had what we needed. 5 stars!

  This was a terrible experience. I called to notify the restaurant after I opened my take out coleslaw and it was missing the dressing. I was offered two free ones next time. No apology, however it was nice to offer it for next time. I should have opened my wrap before calling. It was burnt, stuck to the bottom of the box. I paid for white meat and that was questionable as well. I picked out a few dark fatty pieces. This is the first time I have tossed my meal from a Swiss Chalet. I won’t be back.

  Called and tried to place an order for a double leg dinner. I was rudely told that the double leg dinner was out of stock and that I can order multiple quarter chicken dark meals. This is a good place to go if you want to be spoken down to.
