  I pulled up at 10.40 to get a sub...restaurant says 11pm...staff leaving and closed at 10.40.....on a Saturday night!!

  Just tried to order their bogo out of every bun and the only one left ain't got a 12 inch option so can't order the bogo. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

  AVOID this location. Regardless of whether you ask for more of any toppings, they will give you the least possible. A foot long sub came with exactly 4 shrivelled leaves and 4 slices of cucumber and 4slices of tomatoes even though the order placed states "More". When askes, she would say that they have the follow their protocol to only give you so much. I wonder if the "Regular" only comes with 2slices of tomatoes for an entire sub. What is most upsetting is that the next person after asked for more lettuce and she gave them more lettuce. I have been a long standing customer of Subway but this location is by far the WORST and I won't be back.

  had a bad experience at this Subway. The staff didn’t seem properly trained and looked confused while taking the order. At billing, I showed them my coupon and asked them to apply it before I paid. After paying, I checked the receipt and saw the coupon was not applied. When I asked them, they said it was already included but couldn’t show it on the bill. Instead of fixing the issue, they told me to contact head office and said they don’t know how to refund or apply the coupon. They also raised their voices and argued instead of helping. Very unprofessional service. Staff need better training. Not a good experience at all.
