- CCCharlotte Chau2 days ago5.0Panera has always been my go to place for when I don’t want to cook. The sandwiches and tomato soups are always up to standard and are classics. Nothing really stood out, just good service and homey classics. Today I met a cashier, I believe her name is Isabelle. She was super helpful! She made such helpful suggestions and paid attention to all the details. She remembered my small comments and was so sweet.

So so disappointing and a health hazard 🤮 the person making my food did not have a hairnet on. Imagine how much of their hair has fallen into food ew. She also did not give us any butter with our baguettes? Honestly overall horrible service. Please start using hairnets.
