  I’m a regular customer at this restaurant and I usually grab a big order for my kids school lunch and there’s this employee - Ankita...she is consistently amazing! She is always so friendly, efficient, and makes sure my order is 100% correct every single time. She definitely makes my morning starts a lot better!

  Why are staffs cleaning right next to customers who are eating?? When I was having my food, staff sprayed cleaner on my table, and later they swung the mop and dirty water splashed onto my face. That’s really disgusting! !

  Mcflurry not mixed at all, toppings just on top. Basically a sundae but expensive. Blueberry creamcheese pie burnt to a crisp

  I visited the McDonald’s near Markham Road and 14th Avenue in Markham today to pick up a McChicken meal for my daughter, and I had such a great experience that I felt it was worth sharing. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was excellent. The front counter staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They greeted customers with a smile and made the ordering process smooth and pleasant. It’s not always common to see this level of attentiveness at a busy restaurant, so it really stood out. The restaurant itself was also very clean and well maintained. The dining area looked spotless, and the overall atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. It made the visit comfortable and enjoyable while waiting for the order. Overall, this location clearly takes pride in both their customer service and the cleanliness of their restaurant. A big thank you to the staff for making a simple meal run such a positive experience. I’ll definitely be happy to visit this location again!
