  This store has just opened, but it has a problem with its concept of customers. I went there five times in a row. Every time I asked for the Tuesday special, there were no chicken legs. In other stores, there were chicken legs, which may contain racial prejudice.

  Worst location. Staff is slow and lazy. Order took forever. If you do uber and this is the location, cancel your order and buy it from the next location

  Very disappointing experience at this KFC location in Markham Mall. I ordered a $9.99 combo and clearly showed it to the staff. I was first told it was only available online, but then was told I could pay at the counter. After paying, I received a completely different combo — missing items like popcorn chicken and gravy. When I politely asked about it, the staff refused to acknowledge the mistake and showed a very poor attitude. No apology, no attempt to fix the issue. On top of that, the food quality was unacceptable. The fries were visibly poor — soft, not fresh, and lacked flavor. Overall, this was not just a mistake, but a combination of misleading information, bad service, and low food quality. Very disappointing experience. Will not return.

  I think that this kfc is alright the chicken is crispy the interior is modern it gets the job done but the service is alright very iffy based on the shift and time overall 3 stars
