  Omg this KFC is in the mall one lady who is very slow alone. Takes so long to take order. 35 min to order 20 min to pick up. Please when you come make sure you have one hour here.

  I have been to this KFC a few times, and on several occasions the chicken seemed like it had been left overnight and then reheated. Also, it was quite difficult to ask for basic items such as ketchup and plates. This time was the most ridiculous. I have never seen such small pieces of chicken. The wooden fork was already very small, and the chicken was only about as wide as the fork. I ordered a four-piece meal, but it looked as if one piece of chicken had been cut into at least three pieces. The popcorn chicken portion was also much smaller than usual. The poutine did not have enough cheese or gravy. Also, the chicken this time seemed like it had been fried in oil that was not hot enough, so it came out very greasy.

  Awesome food! And they the new people are so generous. They sometimes add 1-3 extra chicken wings. Money worth!

  We ordered a 4-piece chicken combo and it was the worst experience ever had with KFC. The chicken was too salty and we had to put into garbage. We informed the staff that it was too salty and they simply said they would let the kitchen know, and that was it. When I asked to return it, they told me it was not possible. Food quality and worse than that, customer service is simply ranked zero! Not recommended at all!

  We ordered a 4-piece chicken combo and it was a disaster. The chicken was extremely salty and we couldn’t even finish it. We informed the staff that it was too salty and that we were not satisfied at all. The cashier simply said they would let the kitchen know, and that was it. When I asked to return it, they told me it was not possible. I have ordered from different KFC branches many times before, but this location was by far the worst experience. I definitely do not recommend it.
