Went today to pick up my online order for two beef burritos and asked for no jalapeño sauce on them. But clearly there was sauce on both burritos because they both were spicy when they shouldn’t be. It’s an online order, just read the order receipt! it’s not like it’s an order made in person that may be hard to hear because of language barriers. Like any fast food chain, it gets busy and it’s understandable. But at least get the orders right, no one wants to bite into food that has something that shouldn’t be in it if they didn’t ask for it. As someone who cannot tolerate spicy food at all, tasting the spicy sauce in a burrito that shouldn’t have been spicy is the last thing I want.

And she didn’t even realize and the manager guy training her then showed her the metal scoop to use for the ice and he explained to her that you cannot use your hands to put the ice in the customer drinks! OMG I cannot believe it!!!!
