  We come to this Swiss Chalet for only one reason …. For the amazing waitress Anna !!!!!!! She is so very welcoming and friendly, so kind and so very sweet. She remembers our order each and every time . We don’t have to say anything!! We feel so seen and heard by Anna . You are so very lucky to have her on your staff. She works so very hard as if this is her own franchise. Thank you Anna for always taking care of us and for your beautiful smile 🥰

  I had a wonderful experience at Swiss Chalet and wanted to share my appreciation. We ordered a craft meal, and the food was absolutely delicious—hot, fresh, and clearly prepared with care. Everything was done properly, from the presentation to the taste.Our server, Anna, truly made the experience even better. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and patient, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed and that everything was just right. Her positive attitude and professionalism really stood out and made us feel welcomed and valued as guests. Thank you to Anna and the Swiss Chalet team for such a pleasant dining experience. I’m very grateful for the great service and quality food, and I’ll definitely be returning.

  On Sunday evening between 7 and 8 pm, we stopped by Swiss Chalet for dinner and were lucky to have Shenika as our server again. From the moment we were seated, she provided exceptional service — friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. She made sure everything came out just right, from our entrées of Chicken Parm Alfredo and Chicken Parm Classic to the desserts that followed. The lemon pie and coconut cream pie were absolutely delicious and the perfect finish to the meal. Shenika’s professionalism and warm personality made the visit especially pleasant, and we left feeling well cared for and thoroughly satisfied. Would recommend coming.

  During our Saturday visit to Swiss Chalet between 3–4 pm, Shenika was an amazing server who provided friendly, attentive, and professional service the entire time. She not only made sure we had everything we needed, but also helped us with our desserts, including the molten cake and the apple pie, which were a perfect way to end our meal. Her great customer service and warm attitude turned our visit into a really enjoyable experience, and we left very satisfied and grateful for how well she took care of our table.

  I had an excellent experience at Swiss Chalet on Saturday, December 27 between 3–4 PM. The food was fresh, well-prepared, and full of flavour, with generous portions and a great menu selection. The service was outstanding—Shenika was friendly, attentive, and very professional, making sure everything was taken care of throughout our visit. Her positive attitude truly made the experience even better. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and overall it was a fantastic meal. I would definitely return again!
